USTADE has designed a factory with the most suitable production conditions in order to offer its customers healthy, safe and delicious products produced under quality production systems.
Products are packaged under modified atmosphere (oxygen free environment) and using protective barrier (EVOH) packages. Production and packaging is done at +12 degrees celcius and spiral cooling technology is used. Since the products are packaged in no-protective agent and modified atmosphere, optimum shipment is made with cold chain vehicles between 0-4 degrees celcius.

USTADE Spicy Bulgur Tartare Facility, which has a daily production and packaging capacity of 80 tons of spicy bulgur tartare on an area of 11,000 square meters; It has a structure that supports R&D studies and is designed to create the most suitable production conditions in order to offer its customers healthy, safe and delicious products produced under quality management systems.
